I just want to let you know how delighted I am with the Diesel Performance Tuning device you fitted to my 06' Focus TDI. I'm honestly amazed at the improvement in the car since it was fitted. She now responds instantly from anywhere in the rev range, with no hint of lag at low rev's and pulls much stronger all the way to the red line. There's also been a considerable improvement in fuel econamy. She now returns about 50mpg on a run compared to the 42mpg she managed before the fit. I would like to close by adding how helpful and knowledgeable your workshop staff were when ordering and fitting the device.

This is just a note to say how delighted I am with the Plug and Play Box fitted to my Q7TDI; it has transformed the power delivery of the car, and seems to have eliminated Turbo Lag.

Having previously used other forms of tuning from other leading companies, I am very familiar with many claims that other competitors make, but I am pleased that this product has lived up to my expectations with regard to drivability while simultaneously improving the fuel economy by at least 10%.

I have measured the fuel efficiency both through driving the same journey with and without the box fitted and via the car's onboard computer, the results are consistently better, particularly when towing. What also delivers further peace of mind is that the box can be taken back out ahead of routine servicing, to avoid warranty issues. When using a previous system from one of your competitors, I did have a warranty issue which became quite contentious as their "discrete" system, was easily recognised on the car's software when warranty work was required.

I was particularly impressed by the service department at Denbury Diesels, which was a refreshing change from main agents and would add that your engineer Mike Pallett supplied and fitted the system very quickly, neatly and efficiently. I recently removed the system at short notice ahead of my routine service, but I missed the power and economy so much once it was removed, that it will be quickly reinstalled, in addition to a further system for my other car!
