Do Denbury Diesels service and repair petrol vehicles?
A Yes, we have a fully equipped workshop which can deal with either petrol or Diesel vehicles, from servicing and MOT's to computer diagnostics Denbury can take care of your service and repair requirements.
I have had an accident, are you able to repair my vehicle?
A We have bodyshop and paint facilities on site, we can provide estimates, deal with insurance companies for you, provide a replacement vehicle whilst yours is in for repair, Denbury can take the stress and worry away and repair your vehicle to a very high standard.
If you find extra work needed on my car during servicing will you call me first?
A Yes, we will contact you with an estimated cost before carrying out any additional repairs, that way you will end up with no nasty surprises or big bills, you control your spending.
Can I speak to a technician?
A Jon and his workshop team are happy to meet you and discuss any problems you may have, we pride ourselves in being open with customers and available to discuss your rquirements.
Do you provide a valet service?
A Yes we can bring that sparkle back to your vehicle, from a wash and hoover to a full valet, Denbury Diesels can tailor the level of valet to your requirements.
Can you collect and deliver my vehicle?
A Yes, we can arrange collection and delivery of your vehicle to make things as covenient as possible for you.
Can I have a courtesy car whilst my vehicle is in for repair?
A We have courtesy cars available which are provided free of charge, just ask at the time of booking and we will reserve one for you.
Do you do commercial MOT's?
A We can carry out not only commercial MOT's (class 7) but also car and campers
(class 4) and minibusses (class 5), we can carry out the test while you wait which normally takes about 1 hour, call for an appointment time.
Is your work guaranteed?
A Our work is guaranteed, in the unlikely event that a part we have fitted fails within the guarantee period given by the manufacturer, we at Denbury will replace the part and provide the labour (subject to wear, tear and damage). Terms and conditions apply.
My vehicle is in manufacturers warranty, do I have to have to have it serviced at the dealer to protect my warranty?
A Denbury Diesels prides itself in providing very competitive service costs compared to main dealers, providing quality parts are used you can have your vehicle serviced outside the dealer network without affecting your warranty.
